Do You Pay Attention To Your Windows Vista Desktop Theme?

How much attention do you pay to your Windows Vista desktop theme? Chances are you’ve not given it much thought. The desktop theme that first presents when you got your computer with the Vista operating system is nice and functional. I’ve been happy with mine since I got my computer, but my friend showed me her laptop and I couldn’t believe what I was seeing. Her Windows Vista desktop theme was amazing.

I asked her how she did that and she told me it was easy. You see, she loves baseball. She said she had been online one day and found a custom Vista theme that was all baseball! There were icons that had a baseball motif. The background image was of a beautiful stadium and the lettering styles were the kind that reminded me of the back of a New York Yankees uniform.

It was great. That Vista theme gave her whole computer a look that I know she just loved. I was so inspired I came right home and started searching for a new Vista theme for my computer. It didn’t take very long to find one either. Inside of an hour I had my computer looking like the control panel of the Starship Enterprise!

I wish I had known about this earlier. It didn’t take too much research and by following the downloading and installation instructions I was up and running in no time. Now I know that I can change my Windows Vista desktop theme to nearly anything I choose, whenever I choose.
