Windows Vista XP themes are available to make your XP machine look like a souped up Vista powerhouse. A lot of folks are perfectly content with their XP operating system but love the way Vista looks. Count me in as part of that crowd. I’ve not been ready to make that transition but I’m an adoring fan of the Vista look. I thought I’d try and have the best of both worlds so I started a search for Windows Vista XP themes.

I didn’t know my search would be so successful. I literally found dozens of options. As it turns out, I could just go with Vista icon packs or I could do a full blown Vista theme pack that would cover all of the bases. Needless to say, I was way pleased.

I did decide that paying for a premium Vista theme pack was the best option for me. I like the idea of having support available if I need it, and besides, the Vista theme I fell in love with happened to be a premium theme. (Of course) The price was reasonable and the site had taken the time to put together thoughtful and comprehensive download and install instructions so I felt like I was in pretty good shape.

All told, downloading and installing my new Windows Vista XP theme took less than an hour. Now I’ve got a Vista look with my old reliable XP system. I got the best of both worlds after all. The Windows Vista XP themes have been all that I hoped for.
